These Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policy (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of PulsatInk Pvt. Ltd.’s services, website, and related digital products including but not limited to appointment bookings, gift card purchases, loyalty programs, and in-studio services. By engaging with us in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by all the terms outlined herein. 1. Client Eligibility 1.1 All clients must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo or piercing services. 1.2 A valid government-issued photo ID is required for verification at the time of service. 1.3 PulsatInk Pvt. Ltd. (“we,” “us,” “our”) reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated, abusive, non-compliant with studio hygiene protocols, or otherwise unfit to undergo a procedure. 1.4 Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or use of blood thinners or antibiotics prior to their session. This information is critical to ensure safety and optimal outcomes. 2. Appointment Booking, Deposits & Payments 2.1 Bookings may be made through our website, in-person, or via authorized communication channels. 2.2 Appointments may require a deposit, the amount of which will vary based on the scope of the work. 2.3 Deposits are refundable only if no preparatory work has commenced, including but not limited to design consultation, custom artwork, time allocation, or material preparation. 2.4 Once any work has been initiated, the deposit becomes non-refundable. 2.5 All payments made toward services, whether in full or partial, are strictly non-refundable once processed. This includes walk-in payments, digital transactions, loyalty redemptions, and prepaid bookings. 2.6 Full payment must be made prior to or at the time of service. 3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy 3.1 Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested with at least 48 hours’ advance notice. 3.2 Cancellations made within the permitted window and where no preparatory work has been done may be eligible for a full or partial refund of the deposit. 3.3 Late cancellations (less than 48 hours before appointment) and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may require prepayment for future bookings. 3.4 PulsatInk Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, clients will be offered rescheduling options or a refund if no work has commenced. 4. Gift Card Policy 4.1 All Gift Cards are sold digitally only via our official website. No physical cards are issued or delivered. 4.2 Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash. 4.3 Gift Cards can only be used in-studio for PulsatInk Pvt. Ltd. services. 4.4 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards once issued. 4.5 Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or merchandise (if applicable). 5. Loyalty Program 5.1 Enrollment in the Loyalty Program is automatic upon eligible purchases or account registration, unless otherwise stated. 5.2 Loyalty points can be redeemed only in-studio toward services. 5.3 Points have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds, or Gift Cards. 5.4 50% of unused loyalty points expire every 6 months from the date they were earned. 5.5 Misuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity in relation to the loyalty program may result in disqualification, point forfeiture, and/or denial of future participation. 6. Tattoo Design & Intellectual Property 6.1 All custom tattoo designs, sketches, and artwork created by PulsatInk Pvt. Ltd. artists are the intellectual property of the company. 6.2 Clients are not permitted to copy, reproduce, photograph, share, or otherwise use any design without prior written consent. 6.3 Use of designs outside the scope of the agreed tattoo service (e.g. for personal printing, use by other tattoo artists) is strictly prohibited unless rights are explicitly released in writing. 7. Limitation of Liability 7.1 Tattooing and body piercing carry inherent risks including, but not limited to: allergic reactions, infections, scarring, fading, and dissatisfaction with the final result. 7.2 By proceeding with a service, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily assuming these risks. 7.3 PulsatInk Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for adverse reactions arising from: - Undisclosed medical conditions or allergies - Failure to follow aftercare instructions - Improper post-treatment hygiene - External interference or third-party complications 7.4 Clients are responsible for following the detailed aftercare guidance provided at the time of service. 8. Privacy Policy At PulsatInk Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to safeguarding your privacy and protecting your personal information.
